Juneteenth Schedule: Administration Office, Transfer Stations, and Collection Centers will be closed in observance of the holiday. ALL ROUTES WILL BE ON SCHEDULE FOR PICK UP!

Administration office will be closed Friday June 20, 2025 at 2:00 pm for a training. 

Due to equipment issues routes will be picked up by hand. All trash must be bagged or barrels will not be serviced.

We encourage all customers with green waste to apply for a burn permit with the Rio Arriba County Fire Department. Loads of brush taken to Alcalde Transfer Station are not accepted after 3:00 pm 

Please be advised that Landfill closures and weather (such as winds, snow, power outages, etc.) may cause closures at our Transfer Stations and Collection Centers.
