Green Waste:

•  We currently have our green waste paused while we catch up with the ash pile.  The reopen date will be announced on our website. 

Yearly Billing:

•  Yearly Billing is open now at the start of November for NCSWA customers.  If you would like to switch to paying your bill annually, please stop by the office or give us a call at 505-747-8459.  If you pay your bill annually the yearly punch card is available for pick up as well. 

November Holidays:

• Veterans Day: November 11 our admin office and transfer stations will be closed.  Routes will also not be serviced that day and pushed back a day. 
• Thanksgiving: November 27 routes will not be serviced and pushed back a day to that Friday.  The admin office will be closed November 27 & 28.  Transfer stations will be closed November 27 & 29 and open half day the 28th until 12:45 PM. 

New Phone System:

•  Starting in November we will be implementing a new phone system that will allow our customers to reach departments they need faster and streamline their user experience.
