SERVICE ALERT: Friday, January 27, 2023

Good Morning Everyone,

I am sending this email to provide an update on routes. There were some issues due to inclement weather, and mechanical issues.

01/23/2023- Monday:

Most of the Routes were completed accordingly. However, in Lindrith, NM, one road was left out due to ice and snow. The driver made the discretion not to go down that road. On Wednesday 01/25/2023, the road was completed.

01/24/2023- Tuesday:

All routes were completed accordingly. There were some issues in Ojo Caliente; however, after identifying the issue, the route was completed. All the other routes were completed accordingly.

01/25/2023- Wednesday:

All routes were completed accordingly. However, there were some minor issues involving the route in Mendanales. The issue was that 2 trucks were stuck due to ice and soft ground. After a couple of short hours, the trucks were pulled out, and resumed their routes. 1 Road in Lindrith was completed, due to the snow and ice melt.

01/26/2023- Thursday:

Most of the routes were completed accordingly. However, partial route of Alcalde and Velarde was left out. This route will be completed Friday 01/27/2023.

01/27/2023- Friday:

Alcalde and Velarde will be completed today, after CPR training. I will have 2 employees on today who will be active on routes.
