SERVICE ALERT: Friday, January 20, 2023

ood Afternoon Everyone,

I am sending this email as an update on the status of the routes in progress. It was brought to my attention that the El Duende/ Hernandez area was incomplete. I investigated this matter and identified the root of the cause for the missed area. The area will be picked up tomorrow (1/21/2023) in the morning.

In addition, I am going to further elaborate on Vallecitos area. This area was not picked up due to unforeseen circumstances. The area of Vallecitos will be picked up on its normal day next week.

I will keep everyone informed on the matters of routes. As I am writing this email, there is a high volume of snow that is falling, and this may further delay the retrieval of trash on routes today. NCSWA Currently has crews that are finishing up Chimayo, Alcalde, and Velarde today.

El Duende
Hernandez

I do have two employees who volunteered to work tomorrow if any cans were missed. If anything changes, I will send out notification as soon as possible. Thank you for your time and patience, as these matters are being resolved.
