Notice is hereby given that a Special Meeting of the Board of Directors will be held on Tuesday, October 11, 2022 at 10:00 AM MDT at the North Central offices located at 410 S. Paseo de Onate, Española, NM. This meeting is open to the public. The Board of Directors may revise the order of agenda items.
I. Meeting Called to Order
II. Roll Call (Río Arriba County, Ohkay Owingeh, Santa Clara Pueblo, City of Española)
III. Approval of Agenda – Tuesday, October 11, 2022
IV. Review, Discussion and possible action regarding the following Resolutions:
A. Resolution 2022-10-02, Transferring funds from Century Bank to NCSWA general fund and cashing in the existing Certificate of Deposit at New Mexico Bank and Trust DOWNLOAD
B. Resolution 2022-10-01, Setting rates for poly carts and lids DOWNLOAD
C. Resolution 2022-09-01 Regarding issuing Punch Cards for 2023, which was presented and passed at the September 29, 2022 Special Board Meeting DOWNLOAD
V. Discussion and possible action regarding the following financial matters:
A. Cost of Salazar Trucking DOWNLOAD
B. Breakdown of customer accounts DOWNLOAD
C. Bank balance and anticipated spending DOWNLOAD
D. Presentation by Rio Arriba County
VI. Discussion and possible action regarding the Motion presented at the September 29, 2022 Special Meeting regarding instituting a requirement that Rio Arriba County reimburse NCSWA for services.
VII. Executive Session: The Board may move into a closed session pursuant to NMSA 1978 10-15-1(H)(7) to discuss threatened litigation by the City of Espanola.
