Notice is hereby given that a Special Meeting of the Board of Directors will be held on Wednesday, September 21, 2022 at 3:00 PM MDT to consider items tabled from the regular meeting of September 15, 2022. The meeting will be held at the North Central offices located at 410 S. Paseo de Onate, Española, NM. This meeting is to consider items tabled from the regular meeting of September 15, 2022. This meeting is open to the public. The Board of Directors may revise the order of agenda items.

IV. Discussion and Possible Action: Ratification of Existing Sub-Committees

V. Items Tabled from Regular meeting of September 15, 2022.

A. Review/Discussion/Possible Action: Approval of Resolution Number 2022-09-01 regarding issuing punch cards for residential customers within the unincorporated areas of Rio Arriba County for the calendar year 2023.

B. Review/Discussion/Possible Action: Approval of Resolution Number 22-09-03 regarding authorizing a retention incentive for field staff of NCSWA.

C. Discussion/Possible Action regarding closing the certificate of deposit held at New Mexico Bank and Trust.
