Notice is hereby given that a Special Meeting of the Board of Directors will be held on May 12, 2022 at 3:00 pm when the Board of Directors will convene and meet as the North Central Solid Waste Authority Grievance Board.

I. Meeting Called to Order

II. Roll Call (Río Arriba County, Ohkay Owingeh, Santa Clara Pueblo, City of Española)

III. Executive Session

The Board will close the meeting to the public and will meet in executive session as the North Central Solid Waste Authority Grievance Board.

IV. Return to regular session.

V. Adjournment
