Notice is hereby given that a Regular Meeting of the Board of Directors will be held on Thursday, August 19th, 2021 at 3:00 PM MDT at the North Central offices located at 2016 N. Riverside Drive, Española, NM. This meeting is open to the public. The Board of Directors may take action on any item on the agenda. The Board of Directors may revise the order of agenda items. At any time during the meeting the Board of Directors, by a majority vote, may close the meeting to the public to discuss matters not subject to the New Mexico Open Meetings Act.
